1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to BentoNook ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website and services (the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not access or use the Platform.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features of our Platform, including making purchases or listing artwork, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account credentials secure. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Marketplace Rules for Buyers & Sellers

BentoNook is a curated multivendor marketplace connecting independent vendors/artists with buyers.

  • Sellers are responsible for the authenticity and descriptions of their listed art works.
  • Sellers must ship products in accordance with our shipping policies.
  • Buyers are responsible for checking product specifications and reviews before making a purchase.

4. Auctions & Bidding

Certain items are offered via live auctions. By placing a bid in an auction, you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item if your bid is the winning bid. You cannot withdraw a bid once it has been placed. Winning bidders must complete checkout within the designated timeframe.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The content on BentoNook, including text, logos, designs, graphics, and the platform codebase, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Individual artworks listed remain the intellectual property of their respective creators/vendors.

6. Limitation of Liability

BentoNook provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our Platform, products, or auctions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.
