1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed and prepared for shipping by our independent artists/vendors. Standard processing time is 2 to 4 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the complexity, size, or custom requests for individual art pieces. Commissioned works will have custom agreements.

2. Shipping Rates & Calculations

Shipping rates are calculated dynamically during checkout based on the package dimensions, total weight, delivery pincode, and the vendor's location. We partner with reliable courier networks (via Shiprocket) to offer the best shipping fees. Any applicable shipping charges are visible before completing payment.

3. Delivery Estimates

Once dispatched, delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • Metro Areas: 3 to 5 business days
  • Other Domestic Cities: 5 to 7 business days
  • Remote Locations: Up to 10 business days

4. Shipment Tracking

As soon as the package is handed over to the courier partner, the vendor will update the tracking details. You will receive an email notification containing the courier partner name and tracking ID. You can also view the shipment status inside your BentoNook Profile page under Order Details.

5. Damaged or Lost in Transit

All artworks are packed securely with high-grade materials to prevent damage. In the rare event that a package is lost or arrives damaged, we request you to notify us within 48 hours. Please check the package condition before signing the delivery slip.
