Refund & Cancellation

1. Order Cancellations
You may cancel standard buy-now orders before they are shipped by the vendor. To request a cancellation, please navigate to your Profile and request it on the Order Details page or contact support immediately. Once an order is marked as shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
* Note: Auction items cannot be cancelled once the bid is won and the timer completes. Winning bids are binding commitments.
2. Returns & Eligibility
We want you to be fully satisfied with your curated purchase. Standard physical items (excluding digital art) are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if they remain in their original condition, unopened, and in the original packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following categories of items are strictly non-returnable:
- Digital Art and downloadable products.
- Commissioned or highly customized artworks.
- Items sold in live auctions (unless they arrive severely damaged).
4. Refund Process
Once a return is received and inspected by the vendor, we will notify you of the status. If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method (via Cashfree or corresponding gateway) within 5 to 7 business days.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an artwork that is damaged in transit or incorrect, please take photos of the package and item immediately. Send us an email at support@bentonook.com with the details and photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will facilitate a replacement or full refund.
